Over 40 networks worldwide now broadcast live and same day (delayed) coverage of MotoGP.
The significant growth in television viewing and trackside attendance figures has now prompted the BBC to broadcast MotoGP in 2003.
In 2002 Chaz had an incredible amount of National press, TV and radio broadcasts, both pre-season and throughout the year. Articles were featured in The Guardian, The Times, Daily Mirror and The Sun. Television broadcasts included Sky Sports, BBC News 24, Midlands Today, BBC Breakfast Show, and Channel 4s MotoGP and Transworld Sport programmes. Radio 5 also aired a live broadcast from the first MotoGP race in Japan.
For 2003 the press and television coverage of Chaz will continue to increase as Chaz makes the move into the 250cc class.
